Week #2

Ingredient #2: Decoding Men, Demystifying Women: ending the war of the sexes and starting a partnership party instead

 

Homework:

 

1. Do the "Laying Down Your Weapons" action/writing exercise (20-30 mins)

2. Practice "Translation": “If he wasn’t lazy, stupid or inconsiderate, what might he be saying or wanting?” (on-goingly, this week)

3. Practice "Listening to Men" action exercise (5 mins or longer, at least once this week)

4. Think of your Named One, when interacting with everyone! Your circular breath can help you call Her back and presence Her. (on-goingly this week)

Week #3

Ingredient #3: Self-Awareness and Self-Care: you first or how to stop stopping yourself

 

Homework:

1. Look through your needs on your Needs Pyramid; put them in your schedule, noting how much and how often. (10 minutes)

2. Do the Relationship Blueprint writing exercise. We'll discuss it and take it deeper next class. (20-30 minutes)

3. Continue to put attention on your "Named One" (Yoni, Pussy, Rose, etc). Consult Her when you are making decisions, in conversations, put attention on Her in tough or sticky situations, etc. (on-goingly this week)

4. Practice using your Three-Step Process for averting Downward Spirals! (on-goingly this week)

 

BONUS #1: Look at LiYana's Yoni Exhibit on the Group Forum. (10 minutes)

BONUS #2: Do the Organizing Principle writing exercise. This will clarify your Blessing, your joy, your purpose – not necessarily to influence what you do for work, but if you have your Organizing Principle in your life, you will be more satisfied, connected and fulfilled. (20 minutes)

BONUS #3: Do the Collecting Your Value writing and action exercise. You'll be collect from the people in your world what makes you so special! (15-20 minutes)

Wrap up of Ingredient #3: Self-Awareness and Self-Care: you first or how to stop stopping yourself

Homework:

 

  1. Do the Sensuality Bootcamp exercise, at least once (about 1 hour)
  2. Optional: Set up one Buddy Call: Check in and get support on what you are creating, especially using the Pleasure Expansion technique. (15-30 minutes)
  3. Optional: Do the Collecting Your Value exercise, if you haven’t (about 10-15 minutes)
  4. Optional: Do a simple free-write on the relationship of parents, and how you’ve mirrored their pattern or rebelled against it. (10-15 minutes)

Week #5
Ingredient #4: Communication Made Easy … really!

 

Homework:

 

1. Deepen your understanding of and practice using your Love Dialects.

  1. Revisit the exercise for the ways you both EXPRESS love, care and affection. (10-20 minutes)
  2. Make a list of 3-5 things that your partner (past or current) is already doing really well, in terms of your Love Dialects. (5-10 minutes)
  3. Make a list of 3-5 areas you are experiencing less love than you’d like. What are three things you can ask for? The clearer the better! (5-10 minutes)
  4. Optional: Do the Love Dialects Evaluation exercise with your partner. If you did it for them when you did it for yourself, compare notes and see where you were on or off. (10-20 minutes).

2. Use the Appreciation Sandwich for requests. (on-goingly this week)

3. Practice the What You Heard exercise, at least once. (10-20 minutes)

4. Keep putting your attention on your Named One, and see what more magic you might create. (on-goingly this week).

1. Continue to work with your Must-Have list; practice your feelingization 5 mins a day for the week; (You can even practice PET with your feelingization!) (5 minutes a day, for the week)

Choose between 2 and 3:
2. If you have partner pick one Sensual Exercise, pratice using the Appreciation Sandwich in the bedroom, and enjoy! (about an hour)
or
3. If you are not in partnership and have a date lined up, practice taking your Named One/Pussy on your date with you! (and use the suggestions in the Taking It On a Date handout). (about an hour – or your date!)
